Entering the document

Im currently trying to use this app but every time i try to go into the a file i just starteded to make an error pops up
(KCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 2.) nolyn619:3389
Im very confused and tried everything but i still have no clue. I was really hopping to buy this app but before i do
I would like to know how it works so that i could work on school work and hat not.

But first i have to get in

Is the machine, nolyn619 at home or at work? Are you trying to connect from local or from home to remotely work computer? If it's remote, you need to configure port forwarding, take a look here:
