I have login "Hanna Connect" on my laptop and the light become "green", then i sign in on my ipad and i see my computer. i configure my username and password then try connect.. but this message is always appear :
Connection Failure The operation couldn't be completed. connection refused 192.168.xx.xxx:xxx
Can you manually check to make sure Remote Desktop is enabled and it allows connection from any version? And check the firewall to make sure it allows remote desktop: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr ... 10%29.aspx
If you have any third party firewall installed, disable it temporarily and give it another try.
