Character no more working in remote desktop

I've used remote desktop iremote since a year, working perfectly until 15 days ago. Now i'm no more able to perform @,! And all the symbols, only numbers and letters. What is happening? Also if i restart system the problem remain. I'm working from ipad, tried to uninstall/reinstall. Nothing changes...

Have you changed iPhone/iPad's region or language settings? You can manually set the language you want in the app through Settings. Try and let us know whether it helps.
