Disconection

We have 10 iPads using iRemoteDesktop Pro in order to launch an application on our Windows 2008R2 server.
This is the first time I see a remote application working so fast and responsive.
BUT we are experiencing intempestive disconnections. This is aleatoire.
Could you help me please because my users becomes nervous with me.
I think I made the correct configuration :
Title : Osiris
Host name : 192.168.0.241
Account : ssr-velpeau\my name (name to log on domain)
Password : mypasword
Domain :
Colors : Thousands
Resolution : 1024 x 768
Port : 3389
Use consol : OFF
I didn't have set a Gamail account.
Please help me to stop this intempestive disconnections.
My network is fine. I do not have any interruption on it.
So what wrong I really don't know.
