this is my first time that i'm trying to connect iremote and for now i just can't do it.
i have widows XP professional.

the messege that i see in my iphone goes like this:
connection failure
the operation couldn't be completed. opetation timed out

what is the problem and how can i fix this?

Make sure the iphone/ipad is on the same wifi as the windows pc. and follow the instructions:

1. Double check the hostname (ip address); 2. make sure iphone is using wifi and the windows xp is on the same local network; 3) windows xp's and third party firewall are off or configured to allow remote desktop traffic (port 3389)
