Connection Failure

It said that the "connection refused". What should I do?

It could because:
1. Screen sharing is NOT enabled on Mac
2. You are using the wrong IP address or need to configure port forwarding.
Are you trying to connect to home computer or work? Through local WIFI or 3G? You can email us for more help.
