running both pc and ipad

Hello,
I have manage to connect to my pc, but the app require my pc to log off before I could use the app on ipad.
Is there a way to simulteneously running both the app and pc without logging off the other one?
ps.
I already make 2 user account on my pc, and I use the skip gmail method.

Any help would be appreciated it.

It's Microsoft's Windows requirement. You can only actively login one account for most windows version. You can try to login in pc and ipad using the same account. then you can see the same content.
