Yes. You can either:
1. Tap on the screen to left click
2. Open the virtual mouse track by tapping the mouse icon on toolbar after connection, then tap and move fingers on the track pad to move mouse. Tap on the bottom left/right to do left/right click.

tap on the screen left click and moved finger on the track pad and using to mouse............
